OUR STORY

When we chose Focacceria in 2005, we instantly fell in love with the charm and history that the building offered. As soon as you walk up the front steps, you can hear the creak of the original floor boards, and as you enter through the large Colonial doors you may find yourself twisting the old fashioned hand crank doorbell. Every detail of the building is historical, and every picture hanging on the wall, gives you a glimpse of what life was like in the 1800's. After being settled in 1722, Liberty Corner was a popular summer vacation spot, where vacationers would stay at local homesteads and milk farms. In the summer we attempt to mimick this experience with our outdoor patio. Offering comfortable outside seating, homemade meals and ice cold, handmade gelato, surely bringing Liberty Corner back to the popular vacation spot it once was. Along with our passion for keeping history alive, we also have a passion for food. All of our pastas, breads, and desserts are homemade from scratch each and every morning. We only use the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients when building our dishes. Not only are we perserving the history of Liberty Corner, we are becoming part of the history too. See you soon!
